Assassin’s Creed is a great game in general. This isn’t because of the lessons and philosophy that it teaches the people who play the games, but it takes history and makes it exciting and allows the player to have some impact on how things have shaped out to the way they have.
In today’s stream, I saw the beginning of the American Revolutionary War. Got to shake hands with and meet Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, and even talk to Paul Reverie. Iconic figures that spearheaded a lot of what was to come for America’s independence.
AC III also shows the first sign of navigating the waters. We are able to finally steer our own ship and have long naval battles at sea. This feature gives way to one of the most critically acclaimed Assassin Creed games, AC IV. But that at a later time.
After docking my near ship, The Aquila, Connor goes to see Achilles again after being gone for three weeks. He has bestowed the Assassin garments, officially becoming an Assassin and member of the Brotherhood. Now it is time to get started.
